You have always gone out of your way to take care of my many last-minute emergencies. You kept the office open late when I came home to find Amy, Hannah, and Satchel had gotten into the chocolates. You took my after-hours call when Hannah had a stroke. And when Amanda came home so terribly wounded, you worked nothing less than a surgical miracle and gave her many healthy, happy years.

I can't tell you what it means to me to have people I can trust so completely with my loved ones. And your drop-off appointments make my life so much easier. As soon as I leave them with you, I can relax, knowing that they could not be in better hands: every member of the staff is wonderful and the hospital is always immaculate.
