We hope this reaches you and your pet healthy and safe. With the current state of the country and rapid spread of COVID-19, we wanted to take a moment and inform you on a few changes and precautions we are taking effective immediately. We are currently doing everything in our power to be responsible and take your health, our staff’s health, and this pandemic extremely seriously. With these added precautions, you are helping limit the exposure to others and allow our staff to remain healthy and helping the patients who are in medical need.
Hours of operation will change to:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
Appointments start at 9:30 am every day. Wait times are to be expected.
We are limiting treatments to essential appointments only.
We are currently not taking any toenail trims, baths, grooms, adult vaccines, health certificates, elective surgeries and dentals, re check exams (if everything looks ok), boarding, annual exams etc.
We are currently not offering any specials or promos during this time.
We are still here for emergencies, if your pet is in any type of pain, limping, vomiting, diarrhea, not eating, or any life-threatening concern.
We are here by phone to give any advice that we can, and you are more than welcome to give us a call and ask if a specific treatment is essential.
If you make an appointment, then there are also a few changes to our bedside manner. Clients are currently not allowed into the hospital. When you arrive, please park in one of the parking spots in front of the hospital. Give us a call and one of our helpful staff with take down your medical history and check you in.
When our staff is ready, we will come and grab your pet to have their exam with the doctor. Once the Doctor has come up with a treatment plan, we will leave your estimate on a clip board at the front door. We will need you to sign the estimate, take a picture of the signed estimate and email it to SRVH@YMAIL.COM. We will have a cup of pens outside for you, but it would be great if you can use your own in your car to limit the spread.
New clients must print out the “New client form” (located on our Online Forms page), fill it out at home and email it to us. If you don’t have a scanner, you can take a picture of the new client sheet and email it to SRVH@YMAIL.COM.
All authorization for sedation and or anesthetic forms must be signed and emailed as well. If you have an appointment that would require sedation and or anesthetics, please inform us so that we can email you the appropriate authorization forms.
All payments will be made over the phone and during this short time we will not be accepting cash payments.
